The Infirmary
The infirmary consists of multiple short-term examination rooms catering to patients with typical ailments or medical complaints.

Residential Medical Ward
This ward houses patients who must stay at the medical building for extended periods of time, or must be kept overnight due to ailments or injuries that cannot be treated in the main building. Each room houses one patient, and room checks are performed regularly by nursing staff.

Observation Rooms
These are the padded isolation rooms of the medical building, used to house patients who have injured themselves or may be a threat to themselves. These rooms are attended by medical staff and ward orderlies.

Laboratories
The labs are used for many medical tests, as well as to observe the effects of new medications on St. Matilda's patients. Patients are not permitted access to this area under any circumstances.

Lead by the St. Matilda's lead pharmacist, the pharmacy is responsible for prescribing non-psychiatric medications for medical ailments.

Brideston-Crane Medical Cafeteria
A place for staff and patients of the medical building to get breakfast, lunch and dinner. Catered by St. Matilda's dining hall staff.
