The Water Tower
This water tower provides water and water pressure for all of St. Matilda's. It is fenced off to deter patients from climbing to the top, but serves as a quiet meeting point close to the main building and courtyard. Patients are only permitted on privileged grounds with a pass from their therapist.

Wooded Trails
St. Matilda's is located in Vermont forest land, and as such, there are many secluded and peaceful trails on-site for patients permitted access to them by their therapist. Horses may be checked out from the cattle shed only through the Agricultural Engineer & Supervisor or Secondary Supervisor of Livestock, and only after appropriate training.

The Reservoir
The reservoir provides St. Matilda's clean water supply, and is a serene spot located to the south-west of the main building. It has a beach and a dock, supervised at all times, and rowboats may be checked out through the member of staff on duty. Patients must have grounds privileges to visit this site.
