Eri Gaudamo Johnny_depp

Date of Birth: August 16, 1988
    Age: 22
    Gender:
Address: 257 King St. Manhattan, NY 10007
    Physical Appearance:
    Height: 5'11
    Weight: 180 pounds
    Hair color: Jet Black
    Eye color: Deep hazel
Distinguishing marks: Eri has two arm sleeves worth of tattoos, upon first inspection the right arm appears to have a wall of skulls piled ontop of each other, no one skull sitting the same way, amongst them along his forearm is hot pink peony. His left arm is practically a mob portrait filled with men in top hats, scantily dressed women and various other figures. Along his stomac written in old english is "Gaudamo"

-About the Job-

Which position are you applying for at St. Matilda, and why? Please tell us a little about what interests you in becoming a member of our capable staff.

Life skills coach.

Why do you feel that you would be an asset to this facility? Please give any and all examples relevant to the position you are applying for.

I've been in this environment before, as far as being a patient at the Hadley institute. It changed my entire life, i went from being a pure criminal with a few psychological problems, to a money making wizard. To me, it's not about the job, it's about giving back to the psychologically damaged, and helping them take their own personal steps. Helping people with their state of mind, as well as showing them how to be productive.

If you were to be offered the position, would you concede to a non-disclosure agreement knowing and understanding fully that you would be forbidden to discuss the facility's methods and procedures with anyone other than your fellow staff members? Would you agree to a background check? Would you agree to be rigorously tested for drugs?

Yes

-Employment History-

Please list your three most recent employment experiences. If need be, may we contact these prior employers for reference purposes?

In my spare time after being released from Hadley, i worked for a friend of my Uncle's at Danny Force Realtors as an agent, and between that, i worked for a low budget independent stock broking firm under my cousin Leonardo Gaudamo, you can call them and ask, i hardly sleep when i'm focused on a job.

What was the best job you have ever held down and why? Conversely, what was the worst job you have ever held down and why? What were your accomplishments and disappointments, and how did your experiences at these jobs help you grow on both a personal and professional level?

Working for my Family's business, private owned, in hosue operation. It was the best and worst job i ever had, worst because it was too easy, never forced me out of my comfort zone, and didn't require too much skill. Stock tips was the best thing to ever happen to me. Learning the trade and applying yourself overnight is next to impossible, but it's not difficult to pick up and play. When my cousin Leo took me to the side, and told me this would require alot of work, homework, overtime, and patience, i was sketpic at first.

But through that, it helped me understand how to deal with myself, and how to deal with other people, even when my stress level was at it's maximum. I've never had a hard time motivating other people, but it taught me how to motivate myself.

-Personal History-

Have you ever been convicted of a crime? If so, what was it, what were the consequences, and how did it affect your life?

I was sent to Juvenile Hall a few times for a few crimes, but it wasn't until things got out of hand that i was sent to the Hadley Institute, that basically changed my life from one without hope and without a care, to one with Principle, Integrity, and Focused Intensity.

Have you ever, at any point, suffered drug or alcohol addiction? If so, how did you overcome this particular adversity and how have you learned from it? Do you think these past experiences will have an impact on how you interact with the facility's patients in any way? Please explain why.

I like Jack Daniel's as much as the next guy, but i've never been addicted to it...maybe cigarettes, and i still haven't got an answer for that one. Do i think it will have an impact however? Sure, i've never sunk so far into drugs or alcohol to the point i needed help dealing with them, in my mind, addictions are not broken, you simply form a new one...make the next one better than crack and 100% less deadly in my book.

-Written Interview-

What is your greatest strength, and your greatest weakness?

My greatest strength is my mind and how it works. Sometimes i'm downright cerebral, always looking for another way to skin a cat. My greatest weakness is my ability to speak that mind and having restraint on my words. I can get fiery, testy even, and i'm not in total control of my passion sometimes, even i need a little work.

What motivates or inspires you? What discourages you?

What motivates me is being successful. From the time i was a child, all i wanted was to be the best in the world at what i do, whatever i do. Because if i'm successful, then i can be a building block for someone else to build upon that success, and that in turn can help my community, my state, my country, and the world as a whole be better. My significant other Nell inspires me, no matter what i can count on her to keep me in chief high spirits.

Seeing people who are lost without rhyme or reason discourages me but in a small way. The different levels of ignorance, neglect, and the aloof nature of it is truly bothersome...

How do you deal with stress and/or pressure?

Nowadays if i'm not smoking a cigarette, i'm cooking something, or doing pushups, or talking to Nell, there's no pressure or stress when it comes to those things, anything else is a liability to my anger problems...

Finally, tell us a bit about yourself.

I was born in Manhattan, New York, i have a large family, i was a little crook growing up, had to be settled down, went to school in a practical insane assylum, graduated, moved on to being productive, working to the set the table for myself and the love of my life to be financially stable, as well as travel and do things young people do. But i'm a man who's bound by his own rules and honor code, and one of them is to help people in anyway i can with the gifts i have, and the insight granted to me by the people who took the time to try to help me.

Overall, i'm an easy going kinda guy, trapped in the body of a raging itallian bad ass with a heart of gold.
