    Date of Birth: 10/04/1975
    Age: 34
    Gender: Female

Physical Appearance: 5'6”, 135, brown, hazel, caucasion, birthmark on lower back; a heart shaped mole.

-About the Job-

Which position are you applying for at St. Matilda, and why? Please tell us a little about what interests you in becoming a member of our capable staff.

I'm applying for the position of the Head Doctor, as I was recommended to by the company. I've a vested interest in this field of study.

Why do you feel that you would be an asset to this facility? Please give any and all examples relevant to the position you are applying for.

I have studied and graduated from Johns Hopkins university, and was accepted into Pegasus shortly thereafter. I am devoted to my work, and after learning a very valuable personal lesson in my school years there is little in the way's of distracting me from my work.

If you were to be offered the position, would you concede to a non-disclosure agreement knowing and understanding fully that you would be forbidden to discuss the facility's methods and procedures with anyone other than your fellow staff members? Would you agree to a background check? Would you agree to be rigorously tested for drugs?

Yes

-Employment History-

Please list your three most recent employment experiences. If need be, may we contact these prior employers for reference purposes?

I worked for Crane almost directly out of college after a small break – I am not allowed to discuss my work while there.

What was the best job you have ever held down and why? Conversely, what was the worst job you have ever held down and why? What were your accomplishments and disappointments, and how did your experiences at these jobs help you grow on both a personal and professional level?

Please see my earlier statement; unless you wish me to refer to some of my earlier jobs. I guess waitress would have been one of the worst jobs I held though the work itself wasn't the issue, it was the customer base. People only see a pretty face when you're doing tables at the local University Bar. It helped me grow as a person to learn patience, and to start to understand the mind of an addict. What better place to start than a college?

-Personal History-

Have you ever been convicted of a crime? If so, what was it, what were the consequences, and how did it affect your life?

Never.

Have you ever, at any point, suffered drug or alcohol addiction? If so, how did you overcome this particular adversity and how have you learned from it? Do you think these past experiences will have an impact on how you interact with the facility's patients in any way? Please explain why.

No Addictions

-Written Interview-

What is your greatest strength, and your greatest weakness?

My greatest strength is my ability to do my job precisely; without ethics clouding judgment. It's easier to be an effective doctor without having personal conflict; I am able to better understand when someone is truly in pain or simply seeking another high. Consequently I have been told it is also my downfall, being unable to “emotionally fully relate to the patient.”, though I do not feel completely this is the case. I simply do not feel that I have to be overly personal with my patients to diagnose and treat them.

What motivates or inspires you? What discourages you?

My motivation comes always from my family, my strength. I've been told from a young age that even the smallest stone cast can cause the biggest ripple. I believe my work will better the future, and it pushes me on.

How do you deal with stress and/or pressure?

Like any other human. A long shower, a hot bath, Meditation and Yoga are two of my passions.

Finally, tell us a bit about yourself.

I'm your average woman beneath the white coat. Long, strange hours removes most people out of the dating list besides coworkers, and I'm not interested in bringing my life into my job. My free time is spent with my nose in a book, meditation, yoga, pilates, or maybe a good movie.
