The staff apartments of St. Matilda's administrative staff, including psychiatric staff, lead medical staff, lead occupational staff, and site administrators.

Staff Housing 11-30
Staff apartments 1-20, located nearest to the Brideston-Crane Medical Building. Each apartment is fully equipped, and each ranges from one bedroom to three bedrooms, with a living room, dining room, full kitchen, and one bathroom or one and a half bathrooms.

The General Store
This store offers the few imports from the outside world that St. Matilda's has to offer, such as common grocery items, toiletries and other personal sundries. It also offers fresh produce and meat grown on site, as well as a few other trinkets such as children's toys and a small clothing department.

Staff Recreation Hall
The staff recreation hall hosts many staff social events, as well as after-school activities for children of St. Matilda's staff. It is compromised of four separate rooms and a larger reception room utilised for dances and cocktail socials.

The School
All children at St. Matilda's are required to attend school once they are of an appropriate age. This includes the children of outpatients and staff. The school caters to small classes of kindergarten through highschool seniors.
